As per government regulations, guests bound for Bali are required to present the following travel documents upon check-in:
For Indonesian Nationals:
- Negative RT-PCR test result, valid for 48 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate. Note that unvaccinated or partially vaccinated Indonesians will not be accepted for the flight. The Vaccination Certificate must reflect two (2) doses of Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Johnson and Johnson and must be written in English. Proof of vaccination must be integrated/authorized via this website.
- Download and register for the PeduliLindungi App
- E-Customs Declaration Form must be accomplished. Passengers can scan the bar code and accomplish prior entry to DPS Customs Area.
For Foreigners:
- Negative RT-PCR test result, conducted within 48 hours before departure
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate. Note that unvaccinated or partially vaccinated foreigners will not be accepted for the flight. The Vaccination Certificate must reflect two (2) doses of Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Johnson and Johnson and must be written in English. - Health Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage of USD 25,000 for COVID-19 treatment and/or hospitalization
- Allowed visa
- Passport valid for at least six (6) months
- Proof of booking confirmation and payment for accommodation while in Indonesia
- Download and register for the PeduliLindungi App
- E-Customs Declaration Form must be accomplished. Passengers can scan the bar code and accomplish prior entry to DPS Customs Area.
Guidelines for PCR (swab) test upon arrival:
- Registration for PeduliLindungi App must be completed and updated upon arrival.
- Book your on-arrival PCR test via https://balitourismhospitality.com and pay online or in cash. The test costs IDR 275.000
- Check-in at the accommodation and wait for the result, within three (3) to six (6) hours.
- Negative PCR test – continue with activities in Bali
- Positive PCR test – 5-day isolation in an isolation hotel
All expenses for on-arrival PCR test and isolation, if applicable, shall be charged to the passenger.
Types of Visas / Stay Permits allowed to enter Indonesia:
- Diplomatic and Official Visa Holders
- Diplomatic and Official Stay Permit
- Holders of Indonesian Temporary Residence Card (KITAS) and Indonesian Permanent Residence Card (KITAP)
- Visitor Visas – B211A, B211B, Limited Stay Visa, C312 (Work Visa), C31232, C314, C315, C317
- Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Card (KPP APEC)
Traditional border crossers can also enter the Indonesian territory. Note that Visa On Arrival (VOA) is granted to passport holders from select countries, which includes the Philippines.

Travel Requirements to Bangkok

Guests traveling from the Philippines to Bangkok are allowed to apply for the Test-and-Go Scheme. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Prepare the required documents:
- Passport
- Thai Visa (if required)
- Vaccination Certificate – Vaccine should be registered in the Food and Drug Administration of Thailand or approved by the ministry of Public or the World Health Organization, and received at least 14 days prior departure. Guests aging from 12 to 17 years old may be accepted even with just one (1) vaccine dose. Unvaccinated children under 18 years old must register and travel with their parents / legal guardian.
- COVID-19 Insurance with a minimum coverage of 20,000 USD (not required for Thailand Nationals; foreign residents may use their social security or certificate from their employer)
- Paid AQ / Safety and Health Administration (SHA) Extra+ Hotel Booking Confirmation for one (1) day, including the fee for the RT-PCR test, the ATK self-test kit, and airport transfer

Fill out the forms and upload all required documents (listed in step 1). Wait for the pre-approval of your Vaccination Certificate and for your Thailand Pass QR Code. Note that processing takes 3-7 days.
Guidelines for guests traveling with unvaccinated children:
Children below six (6) years old:
- Must travel with parents only
- Vaccination and RT-PCR test are not required
- COVID-19 Saliva Test upon arrival
Children from 6 to 11 years old:
- Must travel with parents only
- Vaccination is not required
- Must present a negative RT-PCR test result pre-departure
Children from 12 to 17 years old:
- Must present a negative RT-PCR test result pre-departure
- Must travel with parents if not fully vaccinated

Travel Requirements to Canton

For guests flying to Canton, please present the following travel requirements to be accepted for flight:
For Chinese Nationals:
- Passport
- Health Declaration Form – submitted via WeChat or through this link. Save a printed/digital copy of the QR code at the end of the form.
- Health Code for PCR Test Approval (with “HS” marked in the middle, and should be color green)
- Negative PCR test result, conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before boarding
For non-Chinese Nationals:
- Valid Visa for China – date of issuance should be after November 3, 2020
- Permanent Residence Card
- Diplomatic, courtesy passport
- Crew Visa
- Health Declaration Form – submitted via WeChat or through this link. Save a printed/digital copy of the QR code at the end of the form.
- Negative PCR test result, conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before boarding
- Certified Health Declaration Forms – click here to apply.
All guests are required to get tested for COVID-19 in testing labs licensed by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Philippines. Please coordinate with the Filipino-Chinese Anti-Epidemic Committee at least one (1) week before the test schedule.
All arriving guests will be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. This is free of charge. There is also a mandatory 14-day hotel centralized quarantine upon arrival, at the guest’s expense.

Here are guidelines for travel to the Philippines.Travel Requirements:
For Filipinos:
- Register for One Health Pass and save the unique transaction number once registration is complete. Use this number to fill-up the electronic Health Declaration Certificate (e-HDC) on the same link and save a printed/digital copy of the QR code at the end of form.
- Negative RT-PCR test result, conducted within 48 hours before departure or negative laboratory-based Antigen test, conducted within 24 hours before departure. Children who are three (3) years old and below are exempted from this requirement, unless they are symptomatic.
- Confirmed booking at an accredited quarantine hotel for the required quarantine period. This is only required for unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, or guests whose vaccination status cannot be verified who must undergo facility-based quarantine.
- Update all guest details via Manage Booking. Ensure completeness of information as this is validated upon arrival.
International arriving Filipino passengers who have recently recovered from COVID-19 but still test positive in the required pre-departure RT-PCR test must submit the following in lieu of the required negative pre-departure RT-PCR test:
- Positive RT-PCR test result, taken within 48 hours prior to date/time of departure
- Medical Certificate issued by a licensed physician, stating that the guest:
- was an asymptomatic, mild, moderate, severe, or critical case of COVID-19;
- has completed the mandatory isolation period;
- is no longer infectious; and
- has been allowed free movement/travel.
- Positive RT-PCR test result, taken not earlier than 10 days but not later than 30 days before departure
Foreign nationals must present the following travel requirements upon check-in:
For Foreign Nationals entering the Philippines Visa-Free:
- Proof of Complete Vaccination (except for children below 12 years old)
- Negative RT-PCR test result, conducted within 48 hours before departure or negative laboratory-based Antigen test, conducted within 24 hours before departure.
- Valid tickets for a return journey to the point of origin or next port of destination not later than 30 days from arrival in the Philippines (except for foreign spouses and/or children of Filipino citizens and former Filipino citizens with balikbayan privilege under Republic Act No. 9174)
- Passport – valid for at least six (6) months at the time of arrival in the Philippines
- Travel Insurance for COVID-19 with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000
For Foreign Nationals entering through 9(a) Visa:
- Proof of Complete Vaccination (except for children below 12 years old)
- Negative RT-PCR test result, conducted within 48 hours before departure
- Travel Insurance for COVID-19 with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000
- Return Ticket
For Foreign Nationals entering with other types of Visas:
- Proof of Complete Vaccination (except for children below 12 years old)

The testing and quarantine protocols of children below 12 years old who cannot be vaccinated shall follow the testing and quarantine protocols of the parent/guardian traveling with them.
Please bring the following documents to verify / confirm your vaccination status:
- World Health Organization International Certificates of Vaccination and Prophylaxis; or
- VaxCertPH; or
- National/state digital certificate of foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement unless otherwise permitted by the IATF
All arriving unvaccinated passengers are required to undergo an RT-PCR test upon arrival in Mactan Cebu International Airport, before being allowed to exit.
Guests connecting to or from other airlines must go through applicable immigration and arrival procedures, before being allowed to check-in with Cebu Pacific for the onward destination.

- valid Vaccination Certificate(s) (in Arabic or in English) that reflects the completion of doses of vaccine approved by the WHO or the United Arab Emirates (UAE), provided with QR code; or
- valid Negative Covid-19 Test certificate (in Arabic or in English) based on a molecular diagnostic test issued within 48 hours from the time of collecting the sample and from an approved health service provider, with a QR code; or
- valid Medical Certificate (in Arabic or in English) issued by the relevant authorities that the passenger has recovered from COVID-19 within a period of one (1) month (the date of recovery and the date of arrival) provided with QR code System.
For First Time Resident Visa Holders:
- Passport valid for three (3) months upon arrival
- Valid Visa
- OEC or applicable PH Travel Tax
- Present any of the following:

- valid Negative Covid-19 Test certificate (in Arabic or in English) based on a molecular diagnostic test issued within 48 hours from the time of collecting the sample and from an approved health service provider, with a QR code; or
- valid Medical Certificate (in Arabic or in English) issued by the relevant authorities that the passenger has recovered from COVID-19 within a period of one (1) month (the date of recovery and the date of arrival) provided with QR code System.
For Transiting Passengers:
- Valid documents up to the final destination
- Onward flight with a minimum of three (3) hours transiting time, but not more than twenty-four (24) hours
- Negative RT-PCR test result, if needed by onward destination/s
- Marhaba Baggage Transfer Service (if with baggage)
For those securing a Visa on Arrival:
- Passport valid for six (6) months upon arrival
- Present any of the following:
- valid Vaccination Certificate(s) (in Arabic or in English) that reflects the completion of doses of vaccine approved by the WHO or the United Arab Emirates (UAE), provided with QR code; or
- valid Negative Covid-19 Test certificate (in Arabic or in English) based on a molecular diagnostic test issued within 48 hours from the time of collecting the sample and from an approved health service provider, with a QR code; or
- valid Medical Certificate (in Arabic or in English) issued by the relevant authorities that the passenger has recovered from COVID-19 within a period of one (1) month (the date of recovery and the date of arrival) provided with QR code System.
- Health Insurance
Guests may also undergo a PCR test upon arrival in Dubai, if requested, and self-quarantine until a negative test result is released to the passenger. In the event the passenger is tested positive, then such passenger shall follow the guidelines issued by the relevant Health Authority in the Emirate of Dubai.
Note that the following are exempted from the COVID-19 test requirement:
- Non UAE national accompanying a first degree UAE national family member
- Domestic workers accompanying a UAE national sponsor
- Children below 12 years old
- Passengers with moderate to severe disabilities
Please make sure that you have a valid health insurance that can be used in the United Arab Emirates, as required by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.

Travel Requirements to Hong Kong (China)

As per government regulations, guests traveling from Manila and bound for Hong Kong are advised of the following guidelines:
Only the following guests with will be accepted for flight:
- Guests who have Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or Hong Kong Identity Card that:
- bears the “asterisk” or “A” or “R” codes
- bears the “C” code (provided that it is accompanied by a valid work visa or study visa)
- bears the “U” code (Note: This type of HKID is subject to approval from HKG Immigration prior to acceptance at check-in)
- HKG SAR passport or British National (Overseas) passport (with right of abode in HKG)
- HKG Document of Identity
Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) with Hong King Identity Card and work visa are considered as Hong Kong residents. Non-residents will not be accepted for flight. Guests that are exempt from the entry restrictions :
- Passengers travelling from Mainland China, Taiwan or Macao SAR and have not been to other countries/regions in the past twenty-one (21) days
- Diplomatic / official passport holders (subject to prevailing visa requirements)
- Spouse and children of Hong Kong residents
- Local government personnel performing official duties
- Passenger holding new entry visa to work, study, establish or join in any business, or take up residence in HKG
- Personal approved by the Hong Kong SAR government to carry out anti-epidemic work
Guests allowed to enter Hong Kong must provide the following documents in English or Chinese:
For fully vaccinated guests with a recognized vaccination record:
- Negative PCR-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19, conducted within 48 hours before the scheduled time of departure. A test report, bearing the name of the traveler, must be issued to show that:
- Traveler took a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and the sample was taken from the traveler within 48 hours before the flight
- The test conducted on the sample should be a Polymerase Chain Reaction-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and that the traveler tested negative.
- Name of the guest in the test report must be identical to the name on his/her travel document (i.e. Passport)
- Documentary proof to show that the laboratory or healthcare institution is ISO 15189 accredited or is recognized or approved by the relevant authority of the government of the place in which the laboratory or healthcare is located.
- Confirmation of room reservation in a hotel in Hong Kong for 7 or 14 nights, in a designated quarantine hotel.
- Guests who plan on securing early discharge from quarantine must hold a 7-night confirmed booking in a designated quarantine hotel and shall only be discharged upon meeting the early discharge criteria.
- Guests who choose to quarantine for 14 nights must hold a 14-night confirmed booking in a designated quarantine hotel and shall only be discharged upon testing negative on the PCR-based nucleic test on the 12th day and the RAT on the 14th day.
- Recognized Vaccination Record – A vaccination record issued by a healthcare institution or a relevant authority of the Government of Hong Kong, the Mainland, or a country where its national regulatory authority is designated by the World Health Organization as a stringent regulatory authority, bearing the name of the relevant vaccinated traveler matching that in his/her valid travel document to show that:
- the relevant traveler has received dose(s) of COVID-19 vaccine and the date on which the last dose was administered; and
- the name of the vaccine administered; and
- A written confirmation in English or Chinese issued by the healthcare institution or a relevant authority of the government of the place where the vaccine was administered, bearing the name of the relevant vaccinated traveler matching that in his/her valid travel document.
- The Hong Kong government recognizes the “International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis” issued by the Philippine Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), also known as “Yellow Card”.
Fully vaccinated means the suggested dosage has been administered in accordance with the relevant guidelines of a COVID-19 vaccination course, at least 14 days prior to arrival at Hong Kong. For travelers who have recovered from previous COVID-19 infection, they will be required to receive one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in order to be considered as fully vaccinated.

- RT-PCR test to be conducted upon arrival. Cost of testing is shouldered by the guest and must be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

For Foreigners:

The request for a recommendation to enter Indonesian territory and dispensation regarding quarantine must be submitted with at least 7 days notification prior to arrival, by sending a Note Verbale with completed supporting documents. The Ministry shall afterwards make specific considerations regarding the submitted request.

Travel Requirements:
- Inspection Certificate – Certificate of Negative RT-PCR test result issued within seventy-two (72) hours before departure. Use sample Certificate of Negative Testing for COVID-19 here.
- The Certificate of Negative Testing for COVID-19 must only indicate one (1) type of test which may be either of the following:
- RT-PCR nasopharyngeal / nasopharynx swab;
- Saliva RT-PCR; or
- RT-PCR nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab.
- These are the conditions to be indicated on the Inspection Certificate, written in English:
- Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Date of Birth, Sex
- Testing method for COVID-19 sample
- Result, specimen collection date and time, test result date, date of issue
- Name of medical institution, address of the medical institution, signature of doctor, an imprint of a seal
- The Certificate of Negative Testing for COVID-19 must only indicate one (1) type of test which may be either of the following:
- Written pledge to quarantine / pledge that there is no false statement in the Vaccine Certificate or COVID-19 Test Certificate
- Submit the online questionnaire as per Article 12 of the Japan Quarantine Act. Please use this link to access the questionnaire. This is also distributed upon check-in.
- All guests are also required to install and register to the following mobile applications before flight:
- MySOS – required for answering video calls from persons-in-charge to confirm your location
- Google Maps – required to provide location history to health authorities to track possible exposure to COVID-19
- COVID-19 Contact Confirming Application (COCOA) – to receive notifications about the possibility of contact with people who may have COVID-19
- These mobile applications are available on Google Play Store for Android users, and App Store for iOS users. Please make sure that location services are enabled. Guests without smartphones should rent one at the airport upon arrival in Japan.
Quarantine Guidelines:
Upon arrival, guests will be tested for COVID-19 at the airport and quarantine based on their vaccination status. Guests who can present proof of triple vaccination are not required to quarantine. Otherwise, guests can choose between a 3-day or a 7-day home quarantine. Guests who will quarantine for three (3) days only must present a negative COVID-19 test result.

Based on government regulations, guests bound for Korea are advised of the following guidelines:
Entry Regulations:
- There is a temporary suspension of the Visa Waiver Agreement and Visa-Free Entry.
- Registered foreigners who departed after June 1, 2021 must hold a valid Re-Entry Permit, with the following exemptions:
- Diplomats (A-1)
- Government Officials (A-2)
- Agreement (A-3)
- Overseas Koreans (F-4)
Travel Requirements:
- Negative COVID-19 NAAT (PCR, RT-PCR, LAMP, TMA, SDA, NEAR, and others) test result, taken within a maximum of 48 hours before the date of departure. The following are exempted from this requirement:
- Guests under the age of six (6) years old, if accompanied by guests with a negative COVID-19 NAAT test result
- Korean citizens who were previously infected with COVID-19, who have a valid positive test result, issued between 10 and 40 days before departure
- Guests subject to quarantine exemption, such as those traveling for humanitarian reasons or on official business
- Korean Shift Crew from Singapore who present their Korean Passport and Korean Crew Notebook
- Vaccination Certification – Full vaccination refers to receiving two (2) doses of COVID-19 vaccine two (2) weeks earlier but less than 180 days before the flight, as well as those with booster shots.
Quarantine Regulations:
All arriving passengers will be required to undergo a 7-day self quarantine, to be paid by the passenger. The following are exempted from quarantine:
- Guests who were vaccinated in Korea or registered with Korea Health Authorities (Q-Code) after being vaccinated overseas.
- Guests with a Vaccination Certificate from COOV mobile app or from a Korea government website.
By April 1, 2022 – All fully vaccinated guests, regardless of where they were vaccinated and even though they did not register with Korea Health Authorities, are exempted from the 7-day self quarantine. Note that guests coming from Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Myanmar are excluded from any exemption to quarantine.

Travel Requirements to Macau

For Residents of Macau:
- Proof of three (3) negative COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Tests, issued within five (5) days. The tests must be at least 24 hours apart. Relevant proofs must be issued by testing institutions recognized by Chinese embassies/consulates.
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate. It must be at least 14 days since the last dose. This is required for all guests at least 12 years old.
- Proof of COVID-19 Booster Vaccine Dose – required for guests who are 18 years old and above
- Mandatory centralized isolation for medical observation for 14 days and 7 days of strict health self-management prior to boarding a non-stop flight or the first flight of an interline itinerary
Aside from the requirements listed above, anyone previously infected with COVID-19 within the last two (2) months will only be allowed to enter Macau SAR for at least 14 days after obtaining three (3) negative COVID-19 Antigen or Nucleic Acid Test, administered at least 24 hours apart.
Non-residents of Macau who are coming from the Philippines will not be allowed to enter.

As per government regulations, guests bound for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia are advised of the following guidelines:
Before Departure:
- Download the MySejahtera mobile application and complete the pre-departure form by clicking on the “Traveller” icon on the homepage. Fully vaccinated guests will be issued a Digital Traveller’s Card, while partially / unvaccinated guests will be issued a Digital Home Surveillance Order (HSO).
- Undergo a PCR test two (2) days before departure. This is required for all guests at least seven (7) years old.
- Guests who were previously infected with COVID-19 in the last six (6) to sixty (60) days before departure may take a professional RTK-Ag test two (2) days before departure.
- Purchase a travel and COVID-19 insurance with a minimum value of USD 20,000 (for non-Malaysians only).
Upon Arrival:
- Undergo a professional RTK-Ag test within 24 hours from arrival. Cost will be shouldered by the guest. Children who are six (6) years old and below are exempted from the on-arrival test.
- Undergo a mandatory 5-day quarantine for partially vaccinated or unvaccinated guests.

Travel Requirements:
For Filipinos:
- Register for One Health Pass and save the unique transaction number once registration is complete. Use this number to fill-up the electronic Health Declaration Certificate (e-HDC) on the same link and save a printed/digital copy of the QR code at the end of form.
- Negative RT-PCR test result, conducted within 48 hours before departure or negative laboratory-based Antigen test, conducted within 24 hours before departure. Children who are three (3) years old and below are exempted from this requirement, unless they are symptomatic.
- Confirmed booking at a BOQ-accredited quarantine hotel for the required quarantine period. This is only required for unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, or guests whose vaccination status cannot be verified who must undergo facility-based quarantine.
- Update all guest details via Manage Booking. Ensure completeness of information as this is validated upon arrival.
International arriving Filipino passengers who have recently recovered from COVID-19 but still test positive in the required pre-departure RT-PCR test must submit the following in lieu of the required negative pre-departure RT-PCR test:
- Positive RT-PCR test result, taken within 48 hours prior to date/time of departure
- Medical Certificate issued by a licensed physician, stating that the guest:
- was an asymptomatic, mild, moderate, severe, or critical case of COVID-19;
- has completed the mandatory isolation period;
- is no longer infectious; and
- has been allowed free movement/travel.
- Positive RT-PCR test result, taken not earlier than 10 days but not later than 30 days before departure
Foreign nationals must present the following travel requirements upon check-in:
For Foreign Nationals entering the Philippines Visa-Free:
- Proof of Complete Vaccination (except for children below 12 years old)
- Negative RT-PCR test result, conducted within 48 hours before departure or negative laboratory-based Antigen test, conducted within 24 hours before departure.
- Valid tickets for a return journey to the point of origin or next port of destination not later than 30 days from arrival in the Philippines (except for foreign spouses and/or children of Filipino citizens and former Filipino citizens with balikbayan privilege under Republic Act No. 9174)
- Passport – valid for at least six (6) months at the time of arrival in the Philippines
- Travel Insurance for COVID-19 with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000
For Foreign Nationals entering through 9(a) Visa:

1. Proof of Vaccination
- Vaccinated in Australia: International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate from myGov portal.
- Australian citizens and permanent residents who cannot be vaccinated and have an exemption or medical contraindication, will be treated as vaccinated for the purposes of their travel.
- International Travelers to Australia: COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate should be issued by a national/state or provincial level authority or an accredited vaccination provider, and written in English or accompanied by a certified translation. It should contain the following information:
- Name as it appears on the Passport
- Date of Birth / Passport Number / National ID Number
- Vaccine Brand Name
- Date of each dose / date of full immunization
2. Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD) – This can only be submitted within 72 hours before departure.
3. Negative nucleic acid amplification (NAA) test, such as RT-PCR and PCR tests or negative Rapid Antibody test. The NAA test must be conducted within 72 hours before flight departure, while the Rapid Antigen test must be conducted within 24 hours before departure. The test result must include the following:
- Name as it appears on the Passport
- Date of Birth / Passport Number / National ID Number
- Brand of Test (for RAT)
- Date of specimen collection
- Time of specimen collection (RAT)

Guests allowed to enter Taiwan must provide the following documents to be accepted for flight:
- QR Code and screenshot of the confirmation page after passengers have registered into the Quarantine System for Entry. Data entered into the system forty-eight (48) hours before the flight’s arrival in Taiwan is ineffective. Ensure you have a Taiwan mobile number upon arrival, for re-registration into the system.
- Certificate of Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR (swab) test result with specimen collection within two (2) days before the flight’s scheduled time of departure.

Upon arrival, guests will take an RT-PCR test and are required to undergo a 10-day quarantine, followed by a 7-day self-health management on the guest’s account. All arriving guests will be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. This is free of charge. There is also a mandatory 14-day hotel centralized quarantine upon arrival, at the guest’s expense.
